Propranolol hydrochloride is a non-selective beta-blocker, which is often used to treat hypertension, multiple arrhythmias, hyperthyroidism, microhemangiomas, performance anxiety disorders, and local tremors.
The main indications of propranolol hydrochloride are as follows: 1. As a secondary prevention, reduce myocardial infarction mortality. 2.
