Adapalene is mainly used to improve inflammatory lesions, regulate the differentiation of hair follicles, sebaceous epithelial cells and the treatment of acne.
Adapalene can inhibit the chemical chemotaxis of human multinucleated leukocytes, and can inhibit the metabolism of polymorphonuclear gate singing by inhibiting the transformation of arachidonic acid into inflammatory mediators by lipid oxidation and deficiency, thereby alleviating the inflammatory response mediated by cellular responses.
