Apramycin sulfate is mainly used to treat diseases caused by escherichia coli disease and other susceptible bacteria.
The mechanism of action of apramycin sulfate is to interfere with the synthesis of prokaryotic ribose proteins, thereby inhibiting harmful bacteria in animals. Aprmycin sulfate is an aminocyclic alcohol antibiotic, which has strong antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria and some gram-positive bacteria susceptible to infection in livestock and poultry, especially for pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli and salmonella resistant to other antibiotics, and is not easy to produce drug resistance.
