Dolasetron mesylate is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting in patients with tumors during chemotherapy and for the patients after gynecological surgery and other surgery. Dolasetron mesylate is indicated for the following symptoms: 1. Prevention of primary and repeated emetogenic tumor chemotherapy, including nausea and vomiting caused by high-dose cisplatin. 2. Prevention of nausea and vomiting after surgery. 3. Treatment of nausea and/or vomiting after surgery.
