Fasudil hydrochloride can relax cerebral blood vessels in vivo, inhibit ex vivo vasoconstriction caused by calcium ion influx, can inhibit the contraction effect of cerebral vasoconstriction drugs of various mechanisms, inhibit intracellular calcium ions, and cause vasoconstriction, but will not reduce the concentration of intracellular calcium ions, inhibit the production of myosin light chain phosphorylates during vasoconstriction.
