Phenothiazine (PTZ) is used as an organic chemical raw material.
Phenothiazide is used as a polymerization inhibitor in the production of acrylic esters. It is also used in the synthesis of drugs and dyes, as well as additives for synthetic materials (such as polymerization inhibitors for vinyl acetate, raw materials for antioxidants for rubber). It is also used as a livestock deworming agent, fruit tree insecticide.
