Lassidipine is a novel dihydropyridine with highly vascular-selective calcium channel blockers that dilate peripheral vessels and coronary smooth muscle and increase coronary flow. Sodium diuresis and elimination of sodium and water retention. The antioxidant effect is significantly better than other calcium channel blockers, which can reduce or eliminate the damage of oxygen free radicals to cell membranes. It is beneficial to the blood flow of the heart and blood vessels: reduce systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, total vascular peripheral resistance and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, increase heart rate, increase cardiac output, and shorten left ventricular systolic time.
