Thiamphenicol (TAP) is a broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent. Thiamphenicol (TAP) inhibits most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. In particular, it has a strong effect on gram-negative bacilli.
Thiamphenicol is mainly used for the treatment of respiratory, urinary, hepatobiliary, typhoid and other intestinal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and ENT infections, especially for medium and mild infections. Thiamphenicol also has a strong immunosuppressive effect and is an excellent immunosuppressant.
